Zhou Haifeng, Ph.D., graduated from Zhejiang University in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in electronic science and technology. In 2009 graduated from Zhejiang University, microelectronics and solid electronics professional, received a doctorate in engineering. His main research direction is the CMOS analog RF integrated circuit design. During the Ph.D. study, Dr. Zhou achieved the design of the phase-locked loop with extremely low voltage (0.8V) operation. From September 2009 ~ June 2016 Dr. Zhou worked in the Hong Kong City University Millimeter Wave State Key Laboratory, participated in the completion of the two ITS projects: ITS / 459 / 09FP (new generation of broadband mobile communications intelligent base station antenna system), ITS / 144 / 12FP (60GHz RF integrated transceiver front end for wireless short-range real-time mass data transmission). He has published 7 relevant papers, and 1 Chinese patent has been approved, one US patent is in trial.
